A durational dance film directed by Andree Ljutica, Mystic Air explores the studio not as a space of rehearsal, but as a site of reckoning. Dancer Megan Siepka performs in real time—no cuts, no cues—negotiating movement as both subject and choreographer. Framed by a static camera, the work evokes the cold stillness of surveillance but subverts it, offering instead a study in formalized intimacy. What emerges is not a performance, but a private myth in motion: the body editing itself, moment by moment, into meaning.
